Sauteèd Bok Choy

Recipe:
2lbs baby bok choy
3 garlic cloves
1 oz fresh ginger
1 tbsp olive oil
2-3 Tbsp Braggs amino acids
Directions:
Clean the bok choy well, then in a pan heat up the olive oil and add in the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the ginger with the bok choy. Stir until the bok choy leaves start turning bright green and the steams are wilting. Then add the bragg’s in the pan, mix it for about a minute and then your ready to serve!
