Chocolate Banana Cake


For all you sweet tooth lovers this banana cake makes the perfect breakfast and dessert option to satisfy all your cravings!



2 medium bananas
1 egg( can replace with 1 flax egg 1 tbsp flax 3 tbsp water)
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 cup oats
1 tsp baking soda
1.4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions: In large bowl or a food processor mash the bananas and then add your remaining ingredients and mix well until everything is well incorporated. Then fold in your chocolate chips I did 1/4 cup in the batter and 1/4 cup on top.

Grease a loaf pan and Bake on 350*F for about 30 mins (check the center with a toothpick to make sure it’s fully baked). Let it cool and serve! Enjoy!
